A lot of people who worry over the condition of their face, and who spend good money on pricey serums and moisturizers, ignore the rest of their skin. Your arms, your decollete, your legs ... these all need attention, too! We want you to look good and feel good head to toe. So here are some quality body care products to help you do just that.
There is no doubt that the lion's share of wrinkles and skin damage occur because of sun exposure. That doesn't mean you need to become a hermit, though. You can still go out in the sun safely, wearing a good sun screen, and you can darken that skin without help from the sun using a good self-tanner.
For many years, I never even carried a sunscreen, because I couldn't find one that nourished my skin, made my skin feel comfortable without side effects and actually worked as a sunscreen. Finally, I have one that I can proudly put my name on. It is water resistant, SPF 30, and contains ingredients I love such as green tea and vitamin C, to help support my skin's ability to handle assaults such a the sun. Generally I prefer my sunscreen to be separate from my moisturizer -- a well designed moisturizer should absorb into the skin, a well designed sunscreen should float on top for protection. I recommend a quality moisturizer first, then the sunscreen on top.
Basic Body Care 101 dictates that you use a gentle, hydrating cleansing agent on the skin (body skin dries out faster than facial skin, so this is important), and a thoroughly hydrating body lotion. It also helps to exfoliate dead skin cells from the body, this will help your moisturizer penetrate more deeply.
